The location was awesome. Not too far away from everything but far enough away to escape the constant noise of Hanoi. The room was perfect, clean and well-appointed. Every Movenpick team member we came across was sooooooo polite and courteous, efficient and only too happy to make us happy. The service by the pool was quick and impressive. As for the gym, it's a great gym. This is one of the better hotel gyms I have been to in recent times. It has new equipment, is clean, and is well-appointed. Some great restaurants nearby too. oh..oh..and chocolate hour!! Can't forget chocolate hour every day!

It was comfortable and clean. Chocolate hour was a hit with the kids. Perfect interconnecting rooms for families and the pool was fabulous, but it closed a bit early.

The was a beautiful hotel. Our room was large, it had a lovely view. It was cleaned perfectly everyday. The staff were wonderful. The food was great! We had room service, and ate at two of the restaurants. The pool area and bar were fantastic!

The location was great, staff were extra friendly with guiding properly, the staff name Huyen is very nice and she arrange our trip to Halong bay with nice boat. The Hotel was perfect.

We went during Christmas holidays and the place was beautiful decorated and the staff were so warm and inviting. Everyone was extremely helpful in suggesting things to do, or places to eat at and such. We loved the place, the hotel is very well located. They even upgraded our rooms and we were very grateful to the staff.

Mövenpick is really exclusive hotel. Very hight standard. Super service. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Beds are comfy. Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Also location is great - Centre of old town - close to the train street, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum,etc.
